Base frame used are of pressed mild steel channel section.
Main structural elements are of ‘C’ Channels 100 mm x 50 mm.
Cross member is of ‘C’ channel section size 75 mm x 40 mm.

Side & end frames made out of pressed sections of suitable profiles/pillars of sufficient strength.
8 mm MDF board used for interior walls.
All steel sheets treated for corrosion resistance.
Vertically corrugated sheet panels continuously welded to top side and base structures.
All gaps sealed at edges and seams to prevent moisture ingress.

Interior panelling done with 8 mm MDF board.
Adequate insulation provided in roof structure.

Bottom frame provided with 18 mm thick plywood / bison panel / E-board.
Panels fixed using self-tapping screws.
PVC vinyl flooring fixed on panel surface.

Doors made from steel or aluminium frame.
Fitted with strong locking system.
Durable and weather-resistant design.

Aluminium sliding type powder coated windows.
Made from aluminium section with 4 mm thick tinted glass.

Concealed copper wiring suitable for 250V, 50Hz single phase AC supply.
3/19 copper cable used for lighting circuits.
ISI marked copper wires in PVC conduits.
Small distribution board with MCB protection provided.

Epoxy Zinc Phosphate primer used.
Two final coats of synthetic epoxy paint applied.
Provides corrosion resistance and fire protection.
